Orders arrive in Clover
Each app order is created in Clover as a paid order with its sizes, milk choices, and extras, and sent to your Clover printer.
Status your customers can see
Your team marks the order started, ready, and picked up in Brewline Manager, and the customer's app shows each step.
Menu sync from Clover
Items, prices, categories, and modifier groups like size and milk come from your Clover inventory and stay in sync.
Paid through Clover
Customers pay by card on a secure Clover card form. The money lands in your Clover account, and refunds are recorded in the app.
What setup looks like for a Clover shop

- We build your app and send you a test version. You approve it, and we submit it to the stores.

When can my Clover shop connect?

How do I connect my Clover account?
We send you a secure link. You sign in to Clover and approve the Brewline connection for your shop. You never share your Clover password with us.
How does my team see app orders?
Each app order is created in Clover already paid, and Brewline sends it to your Clover printer so it is in front of your team. Staff mark it started, ready, and picked up in Brewline Manager, and the order title in Clover updates to match.
Where does the money go?
Customers pay by card on a secure Clover card form, and the money lands in your Clover account like any other card sale, with your normal processing fees. Card numbers never reach Brewline.
Do you take a cut of each order?
No. Brewline is a flat monthly price, not a commission on your orders. Your normal card processing fees from Square or Clover still apply, the same as any card sale at your counter.
How long does it take to launch?
Plan on about 3 to 4 weeks from signup to launch. If you already have a D-U-N-S number and Apple and Google developer accounts, it can be as quick as 1 to 2 weeks when your accounts are ready. The longest waits are Apple's and Google's business checks and app reviews, so part of the timeline is set by them.
